Contact Form
If you contact us via the form, the information you provide (name, email address, company, topic, subject and message) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
We do not share this data without your consent.
If you tick "Send me a confirmation of receipt", we send a short automatic confirmation to the email address you entered. It contains only the topic you selected, not the text of your message.
To protect the form against spam, we store a pseudonymised checksum of your IP address (not the address itself) for at most one hour. It is used only to limit the number of messages and to lock the form temporarily after automated misuse, and is then deleted automatically.
Legal Basis
The data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in processing inquiries).
Data Retention Period
We store personal data only for as long as necessary to process your inquiry or as required by statutory retention obligations.
Server Log Files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files (IP address, date/time, browser type). This data is used exclusively for technical security purposes and is not combined with other data sources.
Use of AI in client projects
In client projects, we may use AI systems such as language models to process data on behalf of our clients. We do so only on the basis of a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, and preferably with models that run on servers in the EU or on the client's own infrastructure.
If an AI provider outside our own infrastructure is to be used, we agree this with the client in advance and name the provider in the data processing agreement. Personal data from client projects is not used to train AI models.
This website does not use AI. Your contact request is read by a person.
Your Rights
You have the right at any time to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability of your personal data.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
